Intellectual outputs
Description
The course will be suitable to the needs of VET centres and in the line of the technological demands of the factories of the future. The course will focus on different industry 4.0. technologies and organizational innovations, how to make a technological check up of the needs of a company and which aspects should be taken into account to provide a technological solution (risks, costs, added value, possible providers, comparison among different technological possibilities).

Technological centres who wish to train VET teachers or staff from companies to introduce them to the industry 4.0. world.
How to use it?

Description
After attending the course delivered by Tekniker, the VET trainers participating will elaborate herirte own short version (one per country) for a cascade training of other 10 VET teachers in each country. During a one day session, the short courses will be delivered.

How to use it?
The purpose of the short course is to offer a short introduction but especially, to raise awareness of the new needs of companies in terms of technological and organizational skills.

Based on what they learnt during the course provided by Tekniker, each VET teacher who participated, implemented a technological diagnose and improvement recommendations so the company could start, step by step, to be a factory of the future..

How to use it?
If you are a VET teacher you can use our technological check ups as templates to do your own with the companies you have relation with. All the check-ups carried out by the project partners are available in the corresponding language version of the LAIT 4.0 Guide for VET centres to provide high added value services (accessible below). The English version contains the check-ups carried out in Scotland, the Spanish version contains the ones carried out in the Basque Country, and so on.
Description
The document will provide the guidelines to bring VET centres closer to companies, especially to industrial SMEs, so VET centres will be able to provide them with high added value services, beyond training.
Some examples of these services could be assistance in the definition of processes and CNC programming, assistance in the implementation of SMED, production of prototypes and fabrication of certain parts of their products.
